We are an independent shop holding IQOS TEREA sticks and ILUMA devices in Abu Dhabi and delivering them to 26 areas of the city instantly. Orders are taken from 09:00 to a 21:00 cut-off, delivery is free on orders of AED 375 or more and AED 30 below that, and you pay the driver in cash or by card.
Everything on this page is written around the four things an Abu Dhabi buyer actually needs settled before ordering: can you reach me, how fast, what does it cost, and what do you have.
Can you reach me? The 26 areas we cover
We deliver to 26 areas across Abu Dhabi island and the mainland. If your address is on this list, it is inside the instant-delivery promise — there is no inner zone that gets served faster and no outer zone that quietly takes longer.
The grouping column below is geography, not a service tier. It is there so you can find your area quickly.

We do not cover Al Ain or Al Dhafra. Both sit outside the range in which instant delivery is honest, so we decline those orders rather than take them and miss.
How fast, and when can I order?
Instant delivery of your order being confirmed, every day we are open. Stock sits in Abu Dhabi, so nothing on this site depends on a van coming down from Dubai.
We open at 09:00 and the order cut-off is 21:00. An order placed at 20:55 goes out; an order placed at 21:10 goes out the following morning.
What slows a delivery down is almost never distance. It is an address a driver cannot resolve — so give us a building name, a community name, a villa number and a phone that will be answered.
What does it cost to get it here?
Delivery is free on orders of AED 375 or more, and AED 30 on anything below that. There is no separate island surcharge, no fuel line and no minimum order.
| Order value | Delivery charge |
|---|---|
| AED 375 or more | Free |
| Under AED 375 | AED 30 |
| Al Ain or Al Dhafra | Not served at any price |
You pay the driver on arrival, in cash or by card. Nothing is charged before the goods are in your hand, which is the point of paying at the door.
What do you have? TEREA by origin, not by name
We list TEREA by country of origin rather than by flavour name alone, because a flavour name on its own does not identify a product. The same name appears in several national ranges at once, at different prices, so the origin is what makes a listing unambiguous.
Every origin is priced per carton of 200 sticks, and those figures move — the price shown on the site at the moment you order is the one that applies.
We rank origins on price and availability only, and make no claim that any of them is superior to any other.
What is in a carton, and what fits what?
A carton is 200 sticks — 10 packs of 20. That is the unit our origin pricing is built around, so the six figures above compare directly.
TEREA sticks fit IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i devices only. They do not fit the earlier blade-based IQOS ORIGINALS generation, and they do not fit BONDS by IQOS.
Devices split into two generations: the ILUMA family and the newer ILUMA i family, each with a two-piece holder-and-charger model, a larger model and a compact all-in-one. Our device page sets out which is which.
How do I choose a flavour if I do not know the names?
Start with the family, not the name. Across every market range, TEREA sorts into four families — tobacco, menthol, fruit-menthol and capsule — and the manufacturer's own market sites group their ranges the same way.
The naming is a code once you know it. A colour or material word is a tobacco or menthol line, "Wave" means fruit carried through the whole stick, and "Pearl" means a crush capsule inside — confirmed on 27 of 27 Pearl lines we have checked.
Japan is the exception worth knowing about before you order: that market names its range descriptively rather than by colour, so the same page of names looks nothing like a European one.
How do I actually order?
Tell us three things and we can pack the bag: the origin, the family or name you want, and your address. If you are unsure on the second, describe what you normally reach for and we will tell you what is in today.
Stock in a instant-delivery business changes through the day, so we would rather confirm what we hold than have you order from a stale list. Ask before you order if a specific line matters to you.
We will confirm what we have, the price on the day and the delivery window before anything leaves the shop.
Our 21-and-over policy
We sell to adults aged 21 and over only. This is our own store policy, set by us.
The driver may ask for ID at the door, and can refuse to hand over an order. That is not a negotiation at the doorstep — it is the condition on which we deliver at all.
Quick answers: what else do people ask?
Do you deliver IQOS and TEREA across all of Abu Dhabi?
We deliver to 26 areas of Abu Dhabi, covering the main island, the connected islands, and the eastern and southern mainland. Al Ain and Al Dhafra are outside our range and we do not take those orders.
How fast is delivery in Abu Dhabi?
Instant delivery of your order being confirmed, to any of the 26 areas we cover. Stock is held in Abu Dhabi rather than shipped down from Dubai, which is what makes instant delivery realistic rather than aspirational.
What time do you open, and when is the cut-off?
We open at 09:00 and stop taking orders at 21:00. Anything placed after the cut-off goes out the next morning.
How much does delivery cost?
Free on orders of AED 375 or more, and AED 30 on anything at or below that. There is no island surcharge and no minimum order value.
How do I pay for an order?
You pay the driver on arrival, in cash or by card. Nothing is taken before the goods are in your hand.
Which parts of the emirate do you not cover?
Al Ain and Al Dhafra. Both are too far for instant delivery to be honest, so we decline those orders rather than promise something we cannot hold to.
How many sticks are in a carton?
A carton holds 200 sticks — 10 packs of 20. Our origin prices are all quoted per carton of 200 so they can be compared directly.
Which devices do TEREA sticks fit?
TEREA fits IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i devices only. It does not fit the earlier blade-based IQOS ORIGINALS generation or BONDS by IQOS.
Why do you list TEREA by country instead of by flavour?
Because one flavour name can appear in several national ranges at once, at different prices, so the name alone does not identify what you are buying. Listing by origin removes that ambiguity before you order.
Do you ask for ID?
We may. Our own store policy is to sell to adults aged 21 and over only, and the driver can ask for ID and refuse to hand over an order at the door.
Contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Sold to adults aged 21 and over only, as a matter of our own store policy.
