Two names, one district, and why a driver needs both
We deliver TEREA and ILUMA across Shakhbout City instantly, any time between 09:00 and the 21:00 cut-off. Send whichever name your address is written under — Shakhbout City or Khalifa City B — because the two refer to the same district and both still turn up in tenancy contracts, delivery notes and mapping data.
A villa listed as Khalifa City B on a utility bill and as Shakhbout City on a delivery app is one address, and we treat it as one.

A grid of villa plots, not a district of lobbies
Shakhbout City is built as villa clusters with low-rise apartment buildings filling the gaps between them, so the overwhelming majority of handovers here happen at a front gate rather than a reception desk.
A plot or villa number plus the nearest cross street gets a driver to the right gate; a pin dropped on an unnamed service road usually does not.
The district is still being extended plot by plot — one municipal works programme alone ran services out to 423 new plots, 354 of them residential. Streets that were sand on your map two years ago now have houses on them.
The highway that feeds the district
Shakhbout City sits north-east of Mohammed Bin Zayed City and directly south of Zayed International Airport, roughly 30 kilometres out from the island's central business district. The Abu Dhabi–Ghweifat International Highway runs alongside it and carries almost every run we make out here.
That distance is already inside our instant-delivery area. An area is either on our covered list or it is off it; we do not quote a longer time.
Fixed points our drivers steer by
Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, out on the Ghweifat International Highway, is the single most recognised structure on this side of the city and works as a first waypoint for almost any Shakhbout City address.
Inside the district, Bani Hashim Mosque and the Carrefour and Spinneys branches do the rest. So do the schools — Australian School of Abu Dhabi, Virginia International Private School, Al Ittihad National Private School, Al Maharat Private School and Sharjah American International School — along with Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Centre.

Charges, the ordering window and paying at the gate
We open at 09:00 and stop accepting orders at 21:00. Anything after that is a next-morning delivery.
Orders of AED 375 or more are delivered free; under that there is an AED 30 charge, shown in the basket before you confirm. Cash or card at the door, and nothing is taken in advance.
Our own store policy is to sell only to adults aged 21 and over. The driver may ask for ID and can decline to hand the order over at the gate — our rule, not a statement about the law.

Yes. Shakhbout City is the current name and Khalifa City B is the former one, and both still appear in circulation. Either name on your order reaches the same district and the same instant-delivery service.
How do I give a Shakhbout City villa address?
Send the villa or plot number, the street if it is named, and a nearby school or mosque. Bani Hashim Mosque and the school names above are the markers a driver can act on immediately.
Do you deliver to the newer plots on the edge of the district?
Yes. Streets built out in recent phases are inside the covered area even where mapping is behind. Add a landmark and a number that will be answered.
Is there a delivery charge in Shakhbout City?
Only below AED 375, where it is AED 30. At AED 375 or more delivery is free. The thresholds are the same across every covered area.
What time do you stop taking Shakhbout City orders?
21:00. That is the point at which the last orders of the day are accepted, not the last moment a delivery arrives.
Do you also cover Al Shawamekh or Zayed City?
Neither is on our covered list at present, even though both sit close to Shakhbout City. We would rather say so than take an order we cannot complete immediately.
