Order between 09:00 and the 21:00 cut-off and your TEREA sticks or ILUMA device arrive instantly. Every line is held in Abu Dhabi, so the promise applies to devices exactly as it does to sticks.
Al Nahyan is central and mostly low-rise, wrapped by Al Karamah and Al Mushrif and running out to the mangrove reserve on its eastern side. Distance is never the constraint here.

Old blocks and new blocks on the same street
The building stock here is properly mixed. Al Nahyan Camp — the name most residents use for the heart of the district — holds older residential blocks, newer ones, purpose-built office buildings and commercial villas, often within a hundred metres of each other.
Flats run mostly to studios and one- to three-bedroom units, with four-bedroom apartments rare and a scattering of five- and six-bedroom villas behind walls.
That mix matters at the door. An older walk-up may have no lobby at all, a newer block may have a desk, and a commercial villa may have a reception that closes before our cut-off. Tell us which one you are and the handover is settled before the driver arrives.
Parking is the constraint, not the distance
Parking in Al Nahyan is tight, especially on the residential side streets in the evening. A driver will often stop on the main road and walk in rather than circle a block.
The quickest handover here is usually at the building entrance. If you can come down when we call, the order is with you in a minute rather than five.
Give us the building name if it has one, the number if it does not, plus floor and flat. Where a building has two entrances on different streets, say which one you use.
Match nights at Al Nahyan Stadium
Al Nahyan Stadium, home ground of Al Wahda, sits inside the district, and on a match evening the streets around it fill and the kerbside space vanishes.
We keep to it on those nights, but the handover point may shift a street or two. If you live within sight of the ground, an early evening order beats one at kick-off.
Muroor Road and the mangrove edge
The district runs along Sultan Bin Zayed the First Street, which almost nobody calls that — it is Muroor Road to residents, and older maps label it New Airport Road, Lulu Road or East Road. Any of those names works when you tell us where you are.
Al Wahda Mall is roughly two and a half kilometres away and is the usual retail reference point. Burjeel Hospital, Dar Al Shifaa Hospital, Mediclinic Al Mamoura and Seha Emirates Hospital cover the medical side.
For schools, Al Mamoura Academy, Abu Dhabi Indian School and Al Nahda National School are the ones our drivers navigate by, along with HCT's Abu Dhabi Men's College and the Nahyan Mosque.

The range and what it fits
Six origins are on the shelf: Japan, Italy, Switzerland, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Indonesia. Cartons run to 200 sticks, packed as ten twenties.
Only ILUMA and ILUMA i take TEREA. If your device predates them the sticks will not seat, so check before you order.
The age check on the doorstep
Twenty-one and over, by our own store policy. Drivers are entitled to ask for ID and to refuse a handover on the doorstep. The rule is ours to set and says nothing about the law.

Do you deliver to Al Nahyan Camp?
Yes, throughout it, instantly. Send the building name or number, floor and flat, and say which entrance you use if the building has more than one.
Does the driver bring it up to the apartment?
Where the building allows it, yes. Many older blocks in Al Nahyan have no lobby or lift access for visitors, so the usual handover is at the entrance.
What happens on a match night at the stadium?
Instant delivery still stands. Streets near the ground fill up, so the driver may ask to meet you a short walk from your building.
Which road does the driver come in on?
Usually Sultan Bin Zayed the First Street, better known as Muroor Road. Old Airport Road and Lulu Road refer to the same route on older maps.
