Saadiyat Island is inside the instant-delivery area
Order any time between 09:00 and the 21:00 cut-off and your TEREA reaches Saadiyat instantly. The island is one of the 26 Abu Dhabi areas we cover, on the same terms as everywhere else — no island surcharge, no longer window.
Everything we sell sits in Abu Dhabi already. The delivery time is a driving time, not a restocking time.
The whole catalogue delivers here, from TEREA Yellow — Kazakhstan and TEREA Black Menthol — Japan to TEREA Silver — Italy.
Tell us the district, then the building
Saadiyat is not one address. The island runs to roughly 27 square kilometres and is planned as seven districts — Saadiyat Cultural District, Saadiyat Marina District, Saadiyat Beach, Saadiyat Reserve, Saadiyat Retreat, Saadiyat Lagoons and Saadiyat Promenade.
Underneath those sit the names people actually give: Mamsha Al Saadiyat, Nudra, Amwaj, Soho Square, Saadiyat Noon, Park View, Saadiyat Beach Villas, Saadiyat Beach Residences, HIDD Al Saadiyat and the newer Saadiyat Grove.
District plus building plus unit is the combination that works. "Saadiyat Island" on its own can send a driver to the wrong end of the island.
Two different handovers, depending on where you live
Saadiyat homes fall into two groups, handed over differently. The low-rise apartment communities — Mamsha Al Saadiyat facing the beach, Amwaj, the Marina District blocks — have a building entrance and a lobby, so the driver comes to the door of the unit.
The villa communities work the other way. HIDD Al Saadiyat, a gated development on the northern tip of the island with the Gulf on three sides, is reached through a controlled entrance off Al Dhiba Street, and the same pattern applies across the Saadiyat Beach villas.
If your community has a manned entrance, leave a phone number at checkout. The driver will call you from the gate rather than leave anything with anyone else — that is our own rule, and it holds across the island.
Everything arrives across one bridge
Saadiyat sits about 500 metres off the Abu Dhabi coastline and is reached by the Sheikh Khalifa Bridge, which feeds off Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road (E12). Zayed Port is roughly nine minutes away on the other side.
That single approach is the one honest caveat here. Event traffic through the Cultural District can thicken the run in.
The landmarks the drivers use
Saadiyat is easy to navigate by landmark. Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Zayed National Museum that opened in December 2025, teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi and the Abrahamic Family House all sit in the Cultural District.
On the residential side, the supermarkets do it: Waitrose at Amwaj, Carrefour Market at Mamsha, Lulu Express at Hidd. The Collection at Saadiyat, Cranleigh Abu Dhabi and New York University Abu Dhabi work as well.
What we sell
TEREA sticks and ILUMA devices. TEREA is produced in six origins — Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Switzerland, Japan and Italy — and one flavour name can exist in several of them, so every listing on this site is labelled by the country that made it.
A carton holds 200 sticks in ten packs of twenty, varying by flavour.
TEREA works only with ILUMA and ILUMA i devices. An older IQOS holder will not heat it.
Cost, payment and the age check
Free on orders of AED 375 or more, AED 30 below it, shown in your basket before you confirm. Cash or card at the door.
We sell to adults aged 21 and over only, as a matter of our own store policy. ID may be requested on delivery and the driver can decline the order at the door.
Where else we deliver once you are off the island
- Al Zahiyah — the closest mainland district once you are back over the bridge
- Corniche
- Al Reem Island
- Al Maryah Island
- Yas Island
- Al Bateen
All six are on the same covered list. Al Ain and Al Dhafra are not, and we decline those orders rather than promise a time we cannot keep.
Quick answers
Do you deliver to Mamsha Al Saadiyat?
Yes. Mamsha Al Saadiyat is in the Cultural District and inside the covered area. Give the building and unit number, since Mamsha is a run of low-rise blocks rather than a single address.
Can you get into HIDD Al Saadiyat?
Yes, with a phone number on the order. HIDD Al Saadiyat is a gated community on the northern tip of the island, so the driver calls from the entrance and you clear him through.
Is Saadiyat charged more than the mainland?
No. Delivery is free on orders of AED 375 or more and AED 30 below that, and those figures are the same on Saadiyat Island as in every other covered area.
Does the bridge affect the delivery time?
Saadiyat is reached by the Sheikh Khalifa Bridge off E12, and event traffic through the Cultural District can slow the approach. The area stays on our instant-delivery list; if that stopped being true we would take it off the list.
Which TEREA works with my device if I bought it here?
TEREA sticks work with ILUMA and ILUMA i devices only. If your device is an older IQOS holder, TEREA is not the right stick for it.
Can I order to a villa on Saadiyat Beach?
Yes. Saadiyat Beach Villas and Saadiyat Beach Residences are both covered. Send the villa number and the community name, because plot numbering repeats across the island's villa districts.
Contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Sold to adults aged 21 and over only, as a matter of our own store policy.
