Hotels, Yas Bay and the marina
Hotel deliveries work the same way: the driver hands over at reception or meets you in the lobby. Tell us the hotel and your room or name so the desk knows whose parcel it is.
Yas Bay Waterfront and the marina are straightforward addresses. If you are along the waterfront rather than at a fixed building, give us the nearest venue and a phone that will be answered.
Event days change the traffic, not the promise
On Grand Prix weekends and big Etihad Arena nights, the island's entry bridges turn into a funnel and everything slows down. We keep to it on those days by leaving earlier and routing around the leisure core, not by quietly extending it.
What helps most on an event day is a landmark and a live phone number. "Second entrance off the community road, opposite the mosque" gets a driver to you when the loop is nose-to-tail.
If a closure makes an address unreachable, we tell you before you pay.
The road onto the island
Drivers come in on the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Highway, the E10 — also the road residents use to reach the city centre in 25 to 35 minutes. Yas Leisure Drive is the internal road past the circuit and the parks.
Zayed International Airport is ten to fifteen minutes away, which is why Yas and Khalifa City orders often share a run. Yas Mall — the island's retail anchor, with a Carrefour inside — is our fallback reference when an address is unclear.

When we open and what delivery costs
Ordering runs from 09:00 to 21:00, and an order accepted before the cut-off goes out the same evening.
Delivery is free on orders of AED 375 or more and AED 30 below it. The driver carries a card machine and takes cash.
Our 21-and-over policy
We sell to adults aged 21 and over, as a matter of our own store policy. ID may be requested on delivery and the driver can refuse the order at the door.
That decision sits with us, not with any authority.
