TEREA Delivery in Al Shamkha

Ordering TEREA for an Al Shamkha address

Place the order before 21:00 and it reaches you in Al Shamkha instantly. We open at 09:00, and every line we sell is held here in Abu Dhabi — nothing on this site is pulled across from Dubai after you order it.

Al Shamkha sits on the north-eastern edge of the emirate, roughly 30 km out from downtown Abu Dhabi. That distance is already built into the promise; it is not a reason for a longer wait.

Orders here draw on the same stock as the rest of the city: TEREA Purple Wave — Kazakhstan, TEREA Ruby Wave — Switzerland and TEREA Velvet Pearl — Japan, for example.

Why an Al Shamkha pin sometimes lands in the wrong place

Send a street name and villa or building number alongside the map pin, and the drop is straightforward. Al Shamkha is still filling in, and mapping data for the newer streets lags behind the construction.

The newer names are the ones most likely to confuse a map: Alreeman, Alreeman II, Fay Alreeman, Fay Al Reeman II, Reeman Living, Nord Reeman Residences. Some of these resolve to the developer's marketing pin rather than the building itself.

The fix is a fixed landmark. Al Yasat Private School, Al Reeyada International School, Wales International School, Habeeb Bin Zaid Mosque or Makani Al Shamkha will each put the driver on the right street immediately.

Two very different kinds of address in one district

Al Shamkha is mainly a villa district, so most deliveries here are to a front gate. The villas run large — anything from two bedrooms up to eleven — on a plotted grid of detached homes.

The rest is low-rise. Apartment buildings across Al Shamkha are typically two to three storeys, holding studios through to four-bedroom units, and these are stair-access rather than lobby-and-lift buildings.

The plot split runs to roughly 786 villa plots against 220 apartment plots, so a driver arriving in Al Shamkha expects a gate rather than a reception desk.

The roads in and out

Al Shamkha is bordered by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) to the north-east, with Sweihan Road running along its northern side. Those two roads are how almost every delivery reaches you.

They also explain the district's odd geography of drive times — Zayed International Airport is only about 15 to 20 minutes away, while downtown Abu Dhabi is a good half hour in the other direction.

What is on the van

TEREA sticks and ILUMA devices, nothing else. TEREA is made in six origins — Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Switzerland, Japan and Italy — and because the same flavour name is produced in more than one country, every listing here names the country rather than the flavour alone.

One carton is 200 sticks, ten packs of twenty, priced flavour by flavour.

TEREA sticks are for ILUMA and ILUMA i devices only. If your device is an older IQOS holder, TEREA will not work in it.

Charges, hours and paying

Delivery is free on orders of AED 375 or more and AED 30 below that, shown in your basket before you confirm.

Cash or card at the doorstep. The driver carries the machine and nothing is charged before the order is handed over.

Our own store policy is that we sell to adults aged 21 and over. The driver may ask for ID and is able to refuse the order at the door.

The neighbouring districts we also reach

  • Al Falah — the neighbouring community immediately to the north
  • Baniyas — about fifteen minutes away, and the closest large mall at Bawabat Al Sharq
  • Shakhbout City
  • Mohammed Bin Zayed City
  • Khalifa City
  • Al Reef

That is six of the 26 Abu Dhabi areas we cover. Al Ain and the Al Dhafra region are outside our range and we decline orders there rather than quote a longer time.

Quick answers

Do you actually reach Al Shamkha instantly?

Yes. Al Shamkha is on the covered list and the covered list only contains areas we reach instantly — if a district stops qualifying it comes off the list rather than getting a longer stated time.

Can you deliver to Alreeman or Reeman Living?

Yes. These developments are inside Al Shamkha and inside the covered area. Add the building name and unit number, because the map pin for some of the newer Reeman buildings still points at the wider plot.

Is there a minimum order for Al Shamkha?

No minimum. Below AED 375 there is an AED 30 delivery charge; at AED 375 or more delivery is free. Both apply the same way in Al Shamkha as anywhere else we cover.

What is the latest I can order in Al Shamkha?

21:00. That is the cut-off for the whole covered area, Al Shamkha included, and it is the point at which the last orders of the day are accepted rather than the last delivery time.

My villa is on a street with no name showing on the map. What do I send?

Send the plot or villa number plus the nearest school, mosque or shop. Al Yasat Private School, Habeeb Bin Zaid Mosque and Makani Al Shamkha are the markers drivers know best out here.

Do you deliver to Al Shawamekh as well?

Al Shawamekh is not currently on our covered list, even though it sits close to Al Shamkha. We would rather say so than accept an order we cannot fulfil immediately.
