ILUMA Devices in Abu Dhabi

Every ILUMA device takes TEREA sticks, and no ILUMA device takes anything from the earlier blade generation. We hold devices in Abu Dhabi and deliver them instantly to 26 areas, on the same terms as sticks.

There are six models across two generations, and the only decisions that actually matter are two pieces or one, and which generation.

The two generations

ILUMA came first: ILUMA, ILUMA PRIME and ILUMA ONE. ILUMA i is the newer generation: ILUMA i, ILUMA i PRIME and ILUMA i ONE.

Both generations are current. The manufacturer's Uzbekistan market site was still listing ILUMA alongside all three ILUMA i models when we read it on 24 August 2026.

Within each generation the split is the same. Two models are a holder plus a pocket charger; one is a compact all-in-one.

What the ILUMA i generation adds

Four named features, all read off the manufacturer's own market sites.

• Touch screen — on ILUMA i and ILUMA i PRIME, showing time left, experiences remaining and pre-heating status.
• Pause Mode — stated as up to 8 minutes on ILUMA i PRIME, so an interrupted experience can be resumed.
• FlexPuff — described as adapting to your pace and possibly adding up to 4 extra puffs. The manufacturer notes activation depends on individual use, so it may not apply every time.
• FlexBattery — a choice between Performance Mode, giving 2 consecutive uses, and Eco Mode, a single use with extended battery lifespan.

The i generation also raises the holder to up to 3 consecutive uses, against 2 on the first ILUMA generation.

FlexPuff is present across all three ILUMA i models. Pause Mode on the ILUMA i ONE is not claimed here — two manufacturer market sites gave us opposite answers on it, so we would rather say nothing than say the wrong thing.

Weights are published for the ILUMA generation and not for the i generation, which is why three cells carry a figure and three do not.

Which sticks does each device take?

All six take TEREA. That is the short answer, and it is the same answer for every ILUMA and ILUMA i model — a TEREA stick is a TEREA stick whichever origin it came from.

TEREA sits inside a wider stick category the manufacturer calls SMARTCORE STICKS, which in some markets also includes DELIA and LEVIA. We sell TEREA only, so a name from another range is not something we can supply.

Do not put a TEREA stick in a blade device. The manufacturer states plainly that using TEREA with earlier-generation IQOS devices may damage them.

Two pieces or one — how to actually choose

Choose the all-in-one if you leave the house with one pocket. ILUMA ONE and ILUMA i ONE combine holder and charger into a single unit and give around 20 uses before charging.

Choose a holder and pocket charger if you want consecutive uses without waiting. The holder handles 2 uses back to back on the ILUMA generation and up to 3 on the ILUMA i generation, with the charger topping it up for roughly 20 across the day.

PRIME is the finish rather than the function: on the ILUMA generation it is anodised aluminium with a texture wrap, and it weighs about 24 g more than the standard model. The way it runs is the same.

Devices we currently hold

Not published yet. Device pricing is still an open question in our own operational notes, and we will not publish a number we cannot stand behind at the door.

Exactly what is needed, per device, to build this grid:

1. Device name — model and generation, exactly as on the box.
2. Price — per unit, and per starter kit separately if kits are sold.
3. Colours held — each one listed separately if they are priced or stocked separately.
4. What is in the box — holder, pocket charger, cable, adapter, cleaning tool.
5. Stock — in stock, low, or out. Out-of-stock devices are not linked.

Warranty terms are also needed before any warranty statement can appear on this page. Nothing is written about warranty until you supply it.

Getting a device delivered in Abu Dhabi

Devices go out on the same terms as sticks: instantly, to 26 areas of Abu Dhabi, from 09:00 to the 21:00 cut-off.

Delivery is free on orders of AED 375 or more and AED 30 below that, paid in cash or by card at the door. Al Ain and Al Dhafra are outside our range.

Our own store policy is to sell to adults aged 21 and over only; the driver may ask for ID and can refuse to hand over an order. If you are ordering a device and sticks together, tell us the origin you want so we can pack both in one run.

Quick answers: what else do people ask?

Which ILUMA devices take TEREA sticks?

All of them — ILUMA, ILUMA PRIME, ILUMA ONE, ILUMA i, ILUMA i PRIME and ILUMA i ONE. A TEREA stick works the same in every one of them regardless of which market the stick was produced for.

What is the difference between ILUMA and ILUMA i?

The i generation adds a touch screen on two of its three models, Pause Mode, FlexPuff and FlexBattery, and raises the holder from 2 consecutive uses to up to 3. Both generations take the same TEREA sticks.

What is the difference between ILUMA and ILUMA PRIME?

Finish and weight rather than function. On the ILUMA generation, PRIME is anodised aluminium with a texture wrap at 171.5 g against 147 g for the standard model, and both do 2 consecutive uses on the holder.

Should I get an all-in-one or a holder and charger?

Take the all-in-one if carrying one item matters more than back-to-back uses — it gives around 20 uses per charge. Take the holder and pocket charger if you want 2 or 3 consecutive uses without waiting for a recharge.

What is FlexPuff?

A feature on the ILUMA i generation that the manufacturer describes as adapting to your pace and possibly adding up to 4 extra puffs. It states that activation depends on individual use, so it will not apply to every experience.

Does the ILUMA i ONE have Pause Mode?

We are not claiming either way. Two of the manufacturer's own market sites gave opposite answers when we checked on 24 August 2026, so we would rather tell you that than publish a guess.

Can I use HEETS in an ILUMA device?

No. HEETS is made for the earlier blade devices, and BLENDS is made for BONDS by IQOS. Neither works in an ILUMA or ILUMA i.

Can I use TEREA in an older IQOS device?

No, and you should not try. The manufacturer states that using TEREA sticks with previous-generation IQOS devices may damage them.

Do you sell DELIA or LEVIA sticks?

No. They sit in the same SMARTCORE stick category as TEREA and work in ILUMA devices in some markets, but TEREA is the only stick range we carry.

How fast can you deliver a device?

Instant delivery, to any of the 26 Abu Dhabi areas we cover, from 09:00 to the 21:00 cut-off. Al Ain and Al Dhafra fall outside our range.
