Which part of Baniyas are you in?
We deliver TEREA and ILUMA anywhere in Baniyas instantly, from 09:00 until orders close at 21:00. The most useful line in your order is which part of Baniyas you are in — one name covers four pieces of ground that behave differently at the door.
Baniyas is one of the older established inland districts we cover, and it grew outward in stages rather than all at once. That history is still visible in the addresses.
Any line on the site can come here, whether that is TEREA Summer Wave — Kazakhstan, TEREA Silver — Switzerland or TEREA Yellow Menthol — Japan.
East, West, North and Bawabat Al Sharq
Baniyas East is the traditional residential grid — long-settled streets with their own shops, schools and mosques, and the part most people mean when they say Baniyas.
Baniyas West is the other half of the original town and holds Baniyas West Bus Station, which is the clearest single reference point on that side.
Baniyas North is newer ground, an ongoing Modon Properties housing development built out in phases, so plot numbers there often run ahead of the map.
Bawabat Al Sharq is where most of the modern apartment stock sits, alongside the mall of the same name.
Yards and majlis on one side, lobbies on the other
Baniyas villas are substantial — commonly five bedrooms and upward, with private yards and a separate majlis — and those are gate handovers with parking directly outside.
The apartments run from studios up to four bedrooms. In Bawabat Al Sharq the handover is a normal building entrance, so send the building name, floor and flat number.
Coming in off the Al Ain Road
Baniyas sits along the Abu Dhabi–Al Ain Road (E22), well inland from the island, and that highway is how nearly every one of our runs reaches it. Zayed International Airport is roughly twenty minutes away on the same side of the city.
Being inland does not change the promise: Baniyas is on the covered list because we reach it instantly.
What a driver here navigates by
Bawabat Al Sharq Mall, with its VOX Cinema, is the landmark almost everyone here can locate; the bus station does the same on the western side.
Baniyas Sports and Cultural Club — football, volleyball, handball, table tennis and fencing — Baniyas Public Park and Baniyas East Park are the next tier of markers, along with LuLu Hypermarket, Carrefour and the Baniyas Co-operative Society.
For medical addresses, Mediclinic Baniyas, Lifecare Hospital and Al Salama Hospital are all recognised. Among schools, Reach British School, GEMS Cambridge International School, Baniyas International Private School, Global Indian International School and Creative British School work well, as do Bani Yas Mosque, Al Rashid Mosque and Masjid Nawawi.
Ordering hours, charges and paying
Orders open at 09:00 and close at 21:00. The cut-off is the last moment an order is accepted, not the last moment a delivery lands.
At AED 375 or more delivery is free. Below it there is an AED 30 charge, shown in your basket before you confirm. Pay the driver in cash or by card.
What we run out to Baniyas
TEREA sticks and ILUMA devices only. The sticks are made in six countries — Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Switzerland, Japan and Italy — and because a flavour name can come from more than one, every listing here names the country.
One carton is 200 sticks, ten packs of twenty. TEREA fits ILUMA and ILUMA i devices and nothing older.
Covered districts on the Baniyas doorstep
- Shakhbout City
- Al Shamkha
- Mohammed Bin Zayed City
- Mussafah
- Khalifa City
Baniyas also sits near Al Mafraq and Al Wathba, and neither of those is on our covered list. Twenty-six Abu Dhabi areas are, and Al Ain and the Al Dhafra region are not.
Who the driver will hand it to
We sell to adults aged 21 and over as a matter of our own store policy. The driver may ask for ID and can refuse to hand the order over.
Quick answers
What address details do you need for Baniyas?
Name the part of Baniyas first — East, West, North or Bawabat Al Sharq — then the villa or building number and a nearby mosque, school or shop. That combination is faster than a pin on its own here.
Do you deliver to the apartments at Bawabat Al Sharq?
Yes. Bawabat Al Sharq is inside Baniyas and inside the covered area. Send the building name, floor and flat number and the driver comes to the entrance.
Do you cover Al Mafraq or Al Wathba?
Neither is on our covered list, even though both sit close to Baniyas. We turn those orders down rather than accept one we cannot complete immediately.
How late can I order to a Baniyas address?
Until 21:00, the same as every other covered area. Anything placed after that is handled the following morning from 09:00.
Is there a delivery charge for Baniyas?
Only under AED 375, where it is AED 30. At AED 375 or more delivery is free, and the same thresholds apply everywhere we cover.
Does being inland make Baniyas slower than the island?
No. Every area on our covered list is served instantly, Baniyas included. If a district ever stopped qualifying it would come off the list rather than be quoted a longer time.
Contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Sold to adults aged 21 and over only, as a matter of our own store policy.
