TEREA Delivery on Al Maryah Island

Any tower on Al Maryah, instantly

Al Maryah Island is one of the fastest addresses on our map: an order placed between 09:00 and the 21:00 cut-off arrives instantly. Send the tower, the level and a mobile the driver can ring on arrival.

Almost nothing here is a street address. The island is named towers, a mall, two hotels and five lettered car parks, and those names are what a driver works from.

The whole catalogue delivers here, from TEREA Emerald Edition — Indonesia and TEREA Zing Wave — Uzbekistan to TEREA Regular — Japan and IQOS ILUMA i PRIME — Breeze Blue.

Sowwah Island on the older maps

The island was called Sowwah until it was renamed Al Maryah, and older paperwork and a few navigation apps still carry that name. Sowwah Square and ADGM Square are likewise the same place, so either version on an order gets a driver to the right cluster of towers.

Four bridges, and which one the driver takes

Four bridges are in service. Three reach Abu Dhabi island — from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Street, Zayed the First Street and Al Falah Street — and one runs east to Al Reem Island.

Al Zahiyah and Al Reem are about five minutes away, the Corniche about ten. When one bridge closes for works the driver takes the next, and instant delivery does not move.

ADGM Square: five towers that look alike

The commercial core is five Grade A office towers — Al Sila Tower, Al Sarab Tower, Al Maqam Tower, Al Khatem Tower and Al Maryah Tower — roughly 250,000 square metres of offices between them.

They resemble each other from the road, and each has its own security desk. Give us the tower, floor and company name, and expect the handover at reception.

The lettered car parks, A to E

Parking here is organised into five car parks rather than kerbside bays. A, B and C are free and open 06:00 to 02:00, four levels each; D and E are free at weekends and on public holidays, first hour free at other times.

D and E are the large ones, over a thousand bays apiece. Tell us which is closest to your entrance and the driver parks once, not twice.

The Galleria, the walkways and the hotels

The Galleria Al Maryah Island sits at the centre with around 400 shops and dining outlets, and air-conditioned walkways link it to the office towers, the Rosewood Abu Dhabi and the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi.

Hotel orders go to the lobby unless the hotel arranges otherwise. Taxi queues sit on the south-west side of The Galleria and the west side of Car Park E; both work as meeting points.

Homes, and the promenade round the edge

The residential side is Al Maryah Vista and Maryah Plaza, plus the branded residences attached to the hotels, most with underground parking and a manned lobby. Tower, floor and unit is the address that works, and where a lift needs a resident card the lobby desk beats waiting for an escort.

A waterside promenade of about 5.4 kilometres runs round the island, and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is the landmark most people navigate by. Out there, name the nearest car park or building rather than a stretch of path.

Covered areas a bridge away

Twenty-six Abu Dhabi areas are covered in total. Al Ain and Al Dhafra are not, and we decline those orders rather than let you down.

Hours, charges and what we carry

We open at 09:00 and close orders at 21:00; anything later goes out next morning. At AED 375 or more there is no delivery charge, AED 30 below it, cash or card at the door.

TEREA sticks come from six manufacturing origins: Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Switzerland, Japan and Italy. A carton is 200 sticks — ten packs of twenty. TEREA fits ILUMA and ILUMA i devices only, and we stock those too.

Age 21 and over

We sell to adults aged 21 and over as our own store policy. The driver may ask for ID and may decline the handover at the door. That is a rule we set ourselves, not a statement of law.

Quick answers

Do you deliver to offices in ADGM Square?

Yes. Name the tower — Al Sila, Al Sarab, Al Maqam, Al Khatem or Al Maryah — with the floor and company, and the driver hands over at reception.

Which bridge do your drivers use to reach Al Maryah Island?

Whichever of the four is quickest: three from Abu Dhabi island at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Street, Zayed the First Street and Al Falah Street, and one from Al Reem Street.

Where can the driver park on Al Maryah Island?

In the lettered car parks. A, B and C are free and open 06:00 to 02:00; D and E are free at weekends and public holidays, first hour free otherwise.

Is Al Maryah Island the same as Sowwah Island?

Yes. Sowwah was the earlier name and still appears on some maps and documents. Sowwah Square and ADGM Square are the same place too.

Can you deliver to an apartment in Al Maryah Vista or Maryah Plaza?

Yes. Send tower, floor and unit. If the lifts need a resident card, the lobby desk is quicker than an escort.

How much is delivery to Al Maryah Island?

Free on orders of AED 375 or more, otherwise AED 30, in cash or by card as the driver hands it over.
