Give us the village number first
Al Falah is inside our instant-delivery area, with orders taken from 09:00 to a 21:00 cut-off. The one detail that decides how smoothly it goes is the village number, because Al Falah is not a single grid of streets but five separate villages.
Villa number plus village number is a complete address here. Villa number alone is not, because the same number exists five times over.
Any line on the site can come here, whether that is TEREA Berrine Edition — Indonesia, TEREA Summer Wave — Uzbekistan, TEREA Clear Regular — Japan or IQOS ILUMA i ONE — Digital Violet.
Five villages, roughly 970 villas each
The community was built as five villages, each holding in the region of 970 villas, laid out to the same plan and completed as a programme rather than street by street.
That is what makes the village number load-bearing: it narrows the search from thousands of homes to a few hundred.
Why one Al Falah street looks like the next
Al Falah is overwhelmingly a villa community, built to a small number of repeating types — three, four and five bedrooms, most with a separate majlis and a maid's room.
There is a limited amount of apartment stock too, two and three bedrooms, but it is the exception rather than a second housing tier.
Uniformity is the practical problem. Photographs of your gate rarely help; a village number, a villa number and the nearest corner do.
The streets that bound the community
Al Falah is framed by Al Ghada, Al Siduw, Al Rayhanah, Al Muhrah and Al Khayr Streets. Naming whichever you live closest to quickly places an address a pin has put in the wrong village.
What we bring, and what it fits
TEREA sticks and ILUMA devices, all held in Abu Dhabi rather than brought over from Dubai. TEREA is made in six countries — Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Switzerland, Japan and Italy — and the same flavour name can be produced in more than one, so every listing here names the country.
A carton is 200 sticks, ten packs of twenty. TEREA is designed for ILUMA and ILUMA i devices and will not work in an older IQOS holder.
The fixed points inside Al Falah
Al Falah Community Centre is the retail heart of the district and the reference most residents give first. Al Falah Healthcare Center, housing the Al Falah City Clinic, is the other drivers know.
Each village has its own mosque, and naming yours is often quicker than naming a street. Al Tomaaninah Masjid, Al Naeem Masjid, Al Wafaa Masjid, Al Eman Masjid and Al Falah Mosque are all in use as markers.
Beyond those: Choithrams, SPAR Express, Al Maya and Royal City Market Al Falah for shops; Al Falah Park and Quiet Park for green space; Ajyal International School, ICS Al Falah, Al Maha Girls School, Al Rayana School and Al Falah Kindergarten for schools.
Coming in past the airport
Al Falah sits directly east of Zayed International Airport and connects straight onto the Abu Dhabi–Dubai highway, with the E10 Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street and the E11 both serving this side of the mainland.
That position is already accounted for. Every area on our covered list is reached instantly, and Al Falah is on it.

Quick answers
What should an Al Falah address contain?
Village number, villa number, and the nearest mosque or corner. Al Falah has five villages built to the same layout, so the village number is what stops a delivery landing at the right villa number in the wrong village.
Do you deliver to all five villages?
Yes. All of Al Falah is inside the covered area on the same instant-delivery basis, and no village is treated differently from another.
Can I give a mosque as the landmark?
Yes, and it is usually the quickest option. Each village has its own mosque, so naming yours places you in the right one immediately.
Is there a delivery charge in Al Falah?
AED 30 under AED 375, free at AED 375 or more. Those thresholds are the same in every covered area.
What is the latest I can order to Al Falah?
21:00. That is when orders close, not when the last delivery arrives. The next ordering window opens at 09:00.
Do you deliver to Al Shamkha as well?
Yes. Al Shamkha borders Al Falah to the south and is on the covered list on the same terms.
Contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Sold to adults aged 21 and over only, as a matter of our own store policy.
