How quickly does TEREA reach a Mohammed Bin Zayed City address?
Instant delivery, to any zone in MBZ City. Everything we sell is held here in Abu Dhabi, so a carton ordered at 15:20 for Zone 12 is moving within minutes rather than waiting on a run across from Dubai.
We open at 09:00 and the order cut-off is 21:00. Anything placed between those two times goes out the same day.
Any line on the site can come here, whether that is TEREA Turquoise — Kazakhstan, TEREA Yellow — Switzerland or TEREA Purple Wave — Italy.
Villas, compounds and a grid of numbered zones
Most of MBZ City is villas — two- to seven-bedroom homes, standalone or grouped into small compounds with their own parking and yard — laid out across a grid of numbered zones.
Give us the zone number and the villa number and the driver has what he needs. Zone 3, Zone 12, Zone 15, Zone 18, Zone 21, Zone 34 and the rest repeat the same pattern block after block, and Zone 15 and Zone 16 are not easy to separate after dark.
A landmark closes the gap. The mosque at the end of the street, the school on the corner, or your nearest supermarket — Earth Supermarket, Little Star, Al Madina Hypermarket — narrows it down straight away.
If your building is identified by an ME sector code rather than a zone, send it exactly as it is written. Both formats are readable to the drivers.
Paying, and who we hand it to
Delivery is free once your basket reaches AED 375. Below that it is AED 30, shown at checkout so nothing changes at the door.
You pay in cash or by card when the driver arrives, and the machine travels with him. We sell to adults aged 21 and over only, as a matter of our own store policy, and the driver may ask for ID and can decline the order at the door.
The landmarks a driver navigates by here
Most runs into MBZ City come off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) or the Abu Dhabi–Al Ain Road (E22), with Mazyad Mall standing at the edge of the community as the first obvious marker.
Inside the grid, the reference points are Mohammed Bin Zayed City Public Park in Zone 19, the Madinat Mohammed Bin Zayed Grand Mosque, and Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Mosque in Zone 15.
The hospitals work well too, because residents know them: Bareen International in Zone 15, Burjeel in Zone 8, NMC Royal in Zone 17. Any of these as a "near to" line on your order will place you quickly.
The range, and what it fits
TEREA sticks and ILUMA devices. TEREA is produced in six origins — Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Switzerland, Japan and Italy — and the same flavour name made in two countries is two different cartons, so every listing on this site names the country that made it.
A carton is 200 sticks: ten packs of twenty. Prices move by flavour, not only by origin.
TEREA sticks work with ILUMA and ILUMA i devices only. They will not heat in an older IQOS holder.

Our covered list runs to 26 Abu Dhabi areas. If yours is not on it we will tell you rather than take the order — Al Ain and the Al Dhafra region sit outside our instant-delivery area and we do not deliver there.
Quick answers
Do you deliver to every zone in MBZ City?
Yes — every numbered zone in Mohammed Bin Zayed City sits inside the covered area, and the delivery time is the same across all of them.
Is delivery to MBZ City slower than to the city centre?
No. Stock is held in Abu Dhabi rather than Dubai, so an MBZ City address is instant delivery like every other covered area.
I only know my zone and villa number. Is that enough?
Yes. Zone number plus villa number is how this part of the city is addressed and it is what the driver works from. A nearby mosque, school or supermarket helps if the villa numbering on your street runs out of sequence.
Can you deliver to a villa inside a gated compound in MBZ City?
Yes. Tell us at checkout that there is a gate and leave a number the driver can call, and he will reach you from the entrance rather than guessing at the wrong door.
My address uses an ME sector code, not a zone number. Will that work?
Send it exactly as written. ME-9, ME-10 and the other sector codes are still in use around MBZ City and Mussafah, and the drivers navigate from either format.
Can I pay cash in MBZ City?
Yes, cash or card, paid to the driver at the door. Nothing is taken online.
