Al Reef is two very different addresses under one name

The four villa villages, and why the style is the first thing we ask
Al Reef Villas runs to 2,376 homes of two to five bedrooms, laid out as four themed villages: Arabian, Desert, Mediterranean and Contemporary.
The theme is not decoration to a driver — it cuts the search by three quarters. The villages look different from the road and residents give directions by them, so send the village name before the villa number.

Al Reef Downtown: 46 buildings around the middle
Downtown holds 46 residential buildings and 1,818 apartments, studios to three bedrooms, arranged around the centre of the community.
Because the buildings are numbered rather than named, the number is the whole address. Building number, floor, flat — nothing else is needed, and nothing else works as well.
If your entrance is on the inner ring rather than the outer, say so and the driver comes to the right side of the block first time.
Getting through the gates
Al Reef is gated, with several entrances, round-the-clock security on them and reserved parking for most units.
Different entrances serve different parts of the site, so the wrong one adds several minutes of internal driving. Send your gate if you know it; if not, the village name or building number is enough.
Out of the city, and what that means for instant delivery
Al Reef sits off Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road, the E11, roughly ten minutes from Zayed International Airport — renamed from Abu Dhabi International Airport in February 2024 — and around thirty-five minutes from the city centre.
That distance is why we hold stock in Abu Dhabi rather than routing orders from elsewhere. Drivers approach from the Abu Dhabi side of the E11, so instant delivery holds through the evening rush.
The development covers more than a million square metres and runs on its own district cooling plant rated at 8,000 tons — a fair measure of how self-contained it is.
What is inside the gates
Carrefour Market and Select Market cover the shopping, and Al Reef Medical Centre is on site.
Maple Bear Nursery occupies the ground floor of Building 35, and Al Raha International School is the usual school run out of the community. Al Reef Mosque and Masjid Jama Al Reef are the other reliable landmarks.
Origins, cartons and compatibility
The range covers six origins — Uzbekistan, Japan, Indonesia, Italy, Kazakhstan and Switzerland. A carton is ten packs of twenty, 200 sticks.
ILUMA and ILUMA i are the only devices TEREA fits; anything earlier will not take the sticks. Devices come instantly.

Open from 09:00, last order 21:00. Anything placed after the cut-off joins the first run of the following day.
Nothing to pay for delivery at AED 375 or more, AED 30 beneath it, in cash or by card at your gate.
Twenty-one and over at the gate
Sales are to adults aged 21 and over under our own store policy. The driver can ask for ID at the gate and can refuse to hand the order across. Ours is a store rule and says nothing about the law.

Do you deliver to Al Reef Villas and Al Reef Downtown?
Both, instantly. Villas need the village name and villa number; Downtown apartments need the building number, floor and flat.
Which village names should I give you?
Arabian, Desert, Mediterranean or Contemporary — the four themed villages that make up Al Reef Villas. Naming yours removes three quarters of the search.
Can the driver get through the gate?
Yes. Al Reef is gated with several entrances and security on duty around the clock, and the driver will call you from the gate if he is not waved through.
Does being outside the city make delivery slower?
No. Stock is held in Abu Dhabi and drivers approach from the Abu Dhabi side of the E11, so Al Reef is on the same instant-delivery basis as everywhere else we list.
What is the latest I can order to Al Reef?
21:00. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered from 09:00 the following morning.
