Al Mushrif is a family villa district, and we work it street by street
TEREA sticks and ILUMA devices reach any Al Mushrif address instantly, from your order, between 09:00 and the 21:00 cut-off. Stock sits in Abu Dhabi, which is the only reason instant delivery holds on a weekday evening.
The district occupies the band between Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street — everyone still calls it Airport Road — and Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street, running down towards Mussafah Bridge. Both are fast roads, so a driver is rarely more than a couple of turns away.
Any line on the site can come here, whether that is TEREA Mulint Edition — Indonesia, TEREA Abora Pearl — Switzerland, TEREA Rich Regular — Japan or IQOS ILUMA i PRIME — Electric Purple.
The park in the middle is the reference point everything else hangs off
Umm Al Emarat Park sits on 15th Street between Airport Road and Karamah Street, and it is the single most useful landmark in Al Mushrif. It opened in 1982 as Mushrif Park, which is what a good many residents still say when they give directions.
Inside there is a 1,200-metre running track, an amphitheatre used for outdoor events, and an animal barn with camels, ponies, rabbits, tortoises, pygmy goats and emus. It took a Green Flag Award in 2016.
"Behind the park" narrows a search here faster than a street name does, so send it if that is how you picture your address.
Villa blocks, not towers
Al Mushrif is overwhelmingly low-rise: villas of three to eight bedrooms in blocks of wide streets, with apartment buildings filling the edges rather than the middle.
Mushrif Villas is laid out between Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street and Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street, with generous street widths and kerbside parking — one of the easier addresses in the city for a driver to reach on the first pass.
Mushrif Gardens sits between Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street and Khalifa Bin Shakhbout Street and runs to villas and townhouses of roughly 2,700 to 6,000 square feet. Al Qubaisat is the other named pocket we are asked for regularly.
What to send us for a villa here
Villa number and street name, in that order. Where your home sits behind a shared compound wall, lead with the compound name so the guard can place you straight away.
If your address plate carries a QR code, scanning it and sending the result is quicker than typing anything at all.
School runs, the mall and the golf club
Mushrif Mall, with its Lulu Hypermarket and the indoor fresh market known as The Market, pulls steady traffic, as does the Al Mushref Co-operative Society Mall. Both work as drop pins even when your home is a few streets back.
Al Nahda National School for Boys, the International Community School and Al Manhal International Private School make mid-afternoon slower on the connecting roads than the evening.
Abu Dhabi City Golf Club, on Shakhbout Bin Sultan Street, is the other fixed point — nine holes, par 70, opened in 1976 as the Abu Dhabi Golf and Equestrian Club. Al Mushrif Palace and the Women's Handicraft Centre, where sadu weaving and talli embroidery are practised, complete the list.
Origins, cartons and what the sticks fit
TEREA is manufactured in six countries: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Italy, Japan and Switzerland. Ten packs of twenty make up a 200-stick carton.
The sticks are built for ILUMA and ILUMA i only, and anything earlier will not take them. Devices come on the same instant-delivery terms.
Ordering hours and what delivery costs
The shop opens at 09:00 and takes its last order at 21:00. An order placed after that goes out the following morning.
Free on orders of AED 375 or more, AED 30 below it. Cash or card to the driver at your gate.

- Al Nahyan
- Al Manhal
- Al Bateen
- Mussafah
We cover 26 Abu Dhabi areas altogether. Al Ain and Al Dhafra are outside the range and those orders are refused rather than accepted late.
The ID request, and where it comes from
Our own store policy is to sell to adults aged 21 and over. The driver may ask for ID on arrival and can decline to finish the handover. That is our rule; it is not a statement about the law.
Quick answers
Do you deliver to Mushrif Villas and Mushrif Gardens?
Yes, both, instantly. Give the villa number and street, and the compound name first if there is a shared wall and a guard.
What is the quickest way to give an Al Mushrif address?
Villa number, street name, then Al Mushrif. Scanning the QR code on your blue-and-white address plate and sending that is quicker still.
Can you find me if I only know the park?
Usually. Umm Al Emarat Park on 15th Street is the strongest landmark in the district, so "behind the park" plus a villa number is normally enough to work with.
How late can I order in Al Mushrif?
Up to 21:00. Orders after the cut-off are delivered from 09:00 the next morning.
Is there a delivery charge in Al Mushrif?
Nothing at AED 375 or more, AED 30 beneath it, and the driver takes cash or card on arrival.
Do you deliver to apartment buildings here as well as villas?
Yes. Send the building name, floor and flat number; most blocks here have no manned reception, so the driver calls you on arrival.
